ReviewsWe had hired Strak Stucwerk to plaster the first and second floors. After a brief tour, it turned out that the wooden panels in the attic were not suitable for plastering. Fortunately, Strak Stucwerk was able to provide a carpenter who installed plasterboard, resolving the problem. The carpenter was meticulous and skilled, offered helpful suggestions, and provided advice on how to make it look even better, such as creating a bulkhead to conceal pipes and recessed spotlights. The result of this work is impressive! Unfortunately, the actual plastering was initially disappointing. The work was unfinished and not neatly finished. After contacting Strak Stucwerk and sending a large number of photos, someone was sent for an inspection who confirmed that this was not the quality they aim to deliver. In response, they decided not to work with the plasterers who had delivered the poor work anymore and subsequently put in several long days themselves to make everything look neat. They even took our already planned move into account. With the plasterwork corrected, the ceilings were finally painted neatly and quickly by Strak Stucwerk. Despite some delay, we still achieved a great result. As far as we are concerned, unpleasant things can always happen, but ultimately it is about how you resolve matters, and in our opinion, Strak Stucwerk did a fantastic job!
I contacted Superstrak Stucwerk on Friday for an urgent job, as almost an entire floor needed to be plastered within two weeks. To my surprise, Floris came by that very afternoon to take a look. Communication was clear and open from the start, which is incredibly nice during a busy renovation. The price was more than reasonable, especially considering the tight schedule, so the decision was made quickly. After the weekend, the employees started immediately on Monday. Communication was also excellent during the work: when I wasn't there, I received proper updates and photos via WhatsApp. Everything was finished within a week, and the result is exactly what the name promises: super sleek! I am incredibly happy that I chose Strak stucwerken. My 1960s home, with its many odd walls (niches, crooked walls, etc.), looks much sleeker now. I had my entire home plastered, including the ceiling, and it has become a completely different house. Expertise and craftsmanship for a fair price—that is rare these days!
